If for some reason you are unhappy with your new purchase or it was damaged in transit, Buen amor will do its best to make it right. You will have the option to get a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your package. BA also stands behind the quality of our jewelry. If for some reason you need a repair, we will cover the cost of all manufacturing defects. If the item is damaged due to personal use (dropped etc.), JA will charge a small, but reasonable fee (often just the cost of shipping).
We offer a full refund for items returned within 30 days of receiving your package. Please contact us before sending your return. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When the return shipment is received, BA will notify you within 3 business days of the return approval and a credit will be refunded to your original payment method.

BA will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. Please contact us before sending an item back to exchange.
Please keep in mind gift cards, sale items and all earrings may not be returned (unless damaged in transit).
If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please keep in mind BA is not responsible for any import or customs fees that may apply. ALL packages shipped internationally will have a written description of the contents on the outside of the package, as this is a mandatory requirement for customs clearance outside of our control. Please make sure you have notified BA of your return or exchange in advance to sending your package. Items received without advance notification will not be accepted.
